•Sexual assault is usually define as an act in which a person sexually touches another person without the other person's consent or physically forces a person to engage in a sexual act against their will. It is a form of sexual violence which includes rape. •This is one of the most disgusting behaviors.Sexual assault happen more often than we think. •In America 1/5 women are sexually assaulted, for men it’s 1/50 and every 8 mins a child is a victime of sexual assault. Most of the time, specifically 8/10 time the victime know their attacker.
2/3 of sexual assaults are not even reported to the police. •This is obviously a very hard subject to talk about, but to many time i’ve heard stories of girls telling me they were sexually assaulted, abused, or raped. And I’m done.
What makes me even more angry about all of this is the person is not even held accountable for their actions. They are walking around, maybe living a normal life or maybe they are haunted everyday for what they’ve done. •This behavior has to stop.
